RETURNS

Should your purchase prove to be the wrong size, please let us know immediately. Only new, unused wetsuits can be returned due to size or fit.

If you feel your wetsuit has failed due to construction or material defects, you are welcome to send it in for warranty evaluation. Please note that issues arising due to improper care or normal wear and tear are not covered by the factory warranty. Please check out our warranty page for more information.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email us (info@magmawetsuits.com) within 14 days of purchasing. Include the name on the order, the order number and the reason for return. 
2. Pack up the suit carefully — any exchanges must be returned to us in brand new, unworn condition, with tags attached.
3. We will issue you a return authorisation (RA) number.
4. Post the wetsuit back to us with  the RA number clearly written on the package.
5. As soon as we receive the wetsuit we will email you with a credit note to the full value of your order. If you are returning an item and prefer a refund, we can issue a refund less shipping & a 15% restocking fee.
